4 tbspDr. Oetker Instant Oats
1 tbspDr. Oetker Nona Sultanas
1 tbspChia Seeds (optional)
125 mlMilk for a very thick consistency, or up to 200 ml milk for a lighter consistency
Variety of fresh fruits

In a 500ml jar/ bowl, combine oats, sultanas and chia seeds.

Add in milk, stir to combine.

Keep the oats covered in the refrigerator overnight.

Top the oats with your favourite fruits or nuts and enjoy chilled!


Tip

Milk can be replaced with soymilk or water. If adding additional sweetener, use honey or maple syrup.
