The next birthday, housewarming or party is planned and you don't know yet what to offer to eat? What about Pizza??

You can do so much more with pizza than just bake it. With these pizza hacks your next party will definitely be a special event.

Pizza Swirls

Pizza Swirls

Preparation time: about 10 minutes

Baking time: about 11-13 minutes

Resting time: about 60 minutes

 

For 16 pinwheels:

2 Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Tonno

Utensils: Chopping board, 16 skewer sticks, knife, oven, baking tray, baking paper

 

Preparation:

  1. Remove the Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Tonno from the packaging and film and leave to defrost for about 60 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat: 220°C). Tightly roll up the pizzas and hold in place using 16 skewer sticks at regular intervals. Use the knife to slice into portions.

  3. Place the pizza swirls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle shelf in the oven for around 11-13 minutes until golden brown. After baking, remove the skewer sticks and serve.

Tip: Spice the swirls up a little by serving them with garlic and chilli oil for a tantalising kick.

Pizza Waffles

Pizza Waffles

Preparation time: about 5 minutes

Baking time: about 10 minutes

Resting time: about 60 minutes

 

For 8 pinwheels:

Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Mozzarella

Utensils: Chopping board, waffle maker, pastry brush

 

Preparation:

  1. Remove the Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Mozzarella from the packaging and film and leave to defrost for about 60 minutes.
  2. Preheat the waffle maker. Fold both sides of the pizza inwards and press down firmly. Brush the waffle maker with olive oil, place the pizza on it and bake for about 8 minutes until crisp. Repeat with the remaining pizza.

 

Tip: Serve the pizzas with cheese or sour cream dip as desired

Pizza Quesadillas

Pizza Quesadillas

Preparation time: about 15 minutes

Baking time: about 11-13 minutes

Resting time: about 60 minutes

 

For 2 portions:

2 Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Funghi

1 red onion, 1 tomato, 150g mushrooms, 2 tbsp sunflower oil for frying, 100g Gouda (grated)

Utensils: Chopping board, knife, oven, baking tray, baking paper

 

Preparation:

  1. Remove the Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Funghi from the packaging and film and leave to defrost for about 60 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat: 220°C). Peel the red onion and slice into thin rings. Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Clean and finely slice the mushrooms. Heat a little oil in a pan and sear the mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
  3. Arrange ingredients on top of the defrosted pizzas, fold over, gently pressing down, and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 11-13 minutes.

 

Tip: Serve with guacamole for a delicious dash of freshness.
