Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Buy & Win Online Contest
⁠(27th October -26th November 2023)

By entering the Contest, all participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that they agree to abide by them. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Contest Period⁠
⁠This Contest starts from 00:00:00, 27th Oct 2023 to 23:59:59, 26th Nov 2023 (“Contest Period”). Late, lost or misdirected submissions will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to amend the Contest Period if deemed necessary without any prior notice.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza “Buy & Win” Online Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all Malaysian residents (Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia) over the age of 18 years old or above as of 1st January 2023 with a valid MyKad, except employees and immediate family members of Dr. Oetker Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“the Organizer”) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies, elected printing vendors and digital technology provider and other suppliers.

1.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest or if the Organiser is of the view that the Participant fails to meet any of the Organiser’s participation criteria.

2. CONTEST INFORMATION

Dr. Oetker Nona Malaysia Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the submission of the entry which may result in the contestants/participants being omitted from the selection process during the Contest Period.

2.1 Entry Method

Participant may submit as many entries as they would want to, with each submission accompanied by their own proof of purchase but will be eligible to win one (1) prize only. The Organiser prohibits multiple submission with the same proof of purchase.

Step 1: Purchase ANY (1) Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza product (“Participating Product”) from any retail store (ie. Lotus Store, Aeon Store, 7-Eleven Outlet, etc.) or any online e-shop (ie. Shopee, Lazada, Lotus e-shop, etc.) (“Participating Store”) in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) within the Contest Period.

Step 2: Scan the QR code printed on Contest Point of Sale Material to submit your <Name as per MyKad>, <MyKad Number> contact details and Receipt.

Step 3: Answer Questions in Google Form and submit it as an entry.

**Participants must answer the question in Google Form in order to join The Contest. In the event any of the Participants fails to answer the question correctly and/or clearly, then he/she shall be disqualified by the Organiser.

2.2 Prizes

Weekly Prize

There are TWEENTY-FIVE [25] x Touch’n Go eWallet Reload Pin Worth RM50 to be won each week for Four [4] consecutive weeks. In total, there are One Hundred [100] Prizes to be won throughout the Contest Period.

Each eligible participant shall be entitled to ONE prize only during the entire contest period. In the event that the same participant was chosen as the monthly winner more than once, the Organiser reserves the rights to reselect a new winner instead.

The organizer reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

2.3 Winner Selection

For the weekly submission, the Organiser shall receive the submission of Entries on or before 23:59:59 of the last date of each Contest Week as tabulated below:

Week 1 : 27 Oct 2023 - 05 Nov 2023

Week 2 : 6 Nov 2022 - 12 Nov 2023

Week 3 : 13 Nov2023 - 19 Nov 2023

Week 4 : 20 Nov 2023 - 26 Oct 2023

As part of the Weekly Prize winners’ selection process, the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each Entry received and approved by the Organiser throughout each Contest Week Period [each a “Qualified Weekly Entry”]. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Weekly Entries starting from serial number “1”.

Each week the serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Weekly Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Weekly Entries [“Total Qualified Weekly Entries”]. Assuming the Total Qualified Weekly Entries received throughout the First Contest Week is 55, The Prize winners will be selected based on the 3rd serial number entry and subsequent serial numbers with the multiplication of 3, for a total of 25 weekly winners per week:

Example from a total of 55 qualified entries, the winning serial numbers will be serial number of: 3*, 6*, 9*, 12*, 15*, 18*, 21*, 24*, 27*, 30*, 33* and so forth.

Total of 25 winners will be selected for EACH Contest Week.

The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the Winners. Winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or providing for all the Prizes and the terms and conditions attached to all the Prizes, if any.

2.4 Prizes Claim and Delivery

All Touch’N Go eWallet Reload Pin Prize worth RM50 will be processed to be sent to winners via Facebook or Instagram Chatbox within one (1) week from the contest period end date 26th Nov 2023. Organiser reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.

The Prizes must be claimed within two (2) months from the date of the announcementor notice of the claim of the Prize whichever is earlier failing which will result indisqualification and forfeiture of the Prizes. The Organiser reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.

The Organiser, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to any Participant who defaults in collecting the Prizes in accordance with the Prize Claim/Delivery Date in any respect whatsoever.

Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by the Organiser.

The Organiser may in its sole discretion exchange or substitute the Prizes to another of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.

In the event that the Organiser cannot for whatever reason contact the winner within a reasonable timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize against such winner and select another winner.

3. ADDITIONAL

By participating in the Contest, the Participant is giving his consent to the Organiser and any of its holding, subsidiary or related companies as defined in the Companies Act 1965 (“Dr. Oetker Nona Malaysia Group”) and service providers, agents and contractors who provide administrative and business support to us and act on our behalf (“Authorised Third Parties”) (collectively “Organiser”, “us”, “we” or “our") to process the Participant’s personal information provided in the entry form for purposes of the Contest. This includes disclosing the Participant’s name to the general public when the Participant become a winner in a contest or participate in our events by publishing the Participant’s name, photographs and other personal information without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.

The Organiser may also use the Participant’s personal information for purposes of marketing and promotional information or materials about our products, services, any promotions, events or contests organised by the Organiser.
