Try this recipe with superfine flour
Mix 50ml of melted margarine with 50ml of heated cooking oil and set aside.
Place 500g Dr. Oetker Nona Superfine Flour, 50g tapioca starch, 50g rice flour, 1tbsp sugar and 1tsp salt in a mixing bowl, mix well. Pour in cooking oil and mix until well combine. Gradually pour in 350ml water to form soft dough and leave it rest for 30 minutes.
Divided the dough into small balls. Flatten the dough and fill it with favorite fillings, fold it and do up the edges.
Fry with medium heat until golden brown.
