Place all the ingredients in mixing bowl, mix well. Cover and rest dough for 40 minutes.
On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1.5cm thickness. Use a floured donut cutter or shot glass to cut the dough into rings.
Place the donuts on a lightly floured tray, cover and rest for 15 minutes.
Deep Frying: Preheat the oil to 180°C. Fry donuts until light golden brown then flip the donuts. Keep flipping until both sides turn golden brown.
