Melt cooking chocolate by double boiling or microwave oven. Set aside to cool (until warm).

Place marshmallow and walnuts in a mixing bowl, pour in warm melted cooking chocolate. Mix well.

Evenly spread out the mixture in a square pan. Set aside to cool.

Remove from pan when chocolate set. Cut into bite-size cubes.
