How to Prepare

Ingredients: 800g Chicken, 40ml Water Step

  1. Stir 40g Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour with 40ml water, marinate chicken for 30 minutes or longer. Step
  2. Coat the marinated chicken evenly with the remaining dry Kentucky Flour. Pat away excess flour. Step
  3. Deep fry chicken at cooking oil until golden brown. Tip: For better taste, marinate chicken in Kentucky batter for 2 hours in the refrigerator prior to frying.
