How to Prepare

Ingredients: 4kg Chicken & 300ml Water. Step

  1. Stir 150g Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour with 300ml Water, marinate chicken for 30 minutes or longer. Step
  2. Prepare a bowl of water for dipping. Before frying, quickly dip the marinated chicken in the water then coat evenly with the remaining dry Kentucky. Pat away excess flour. Step
  3. Deep fry chicken at 180 cooking oil until golden brown. Tip: For better taste, marinate chicken in Kentucky batter for 2 hours in the refrigerator prior to frying.
