
Clean and drain mushrooms. Cut mushrooms into halves.
Heat up the oil in frying pan on medium flame.
Coat the mushrooms in this order: flour first, egg second, then breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded mushrooms until golden brown. Best serve hot with mayonnaise/ tartar sauce.
