Preheat a crepe pan. Pan is ready when drops of water sizzle and disappear.
Mix Dr. Oetker Nona Pancake Original with vegetable oil, water and egg. Stir well.
Turn to low heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan. When the bubbles at the edge of the batter pop and a hole is left which does not immediately close up, place 1tbsp of jam/ marmalade in the center. Pour another ¼ cup of batter to cover the jam/ marmalade and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, flip the cake gently.
Cook the other side for 1½ minute or until golden.
