Remove the Dr. Oetker Ristorante Pizza Funghi from the packaging and film and leave to defrost for about 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven (top and bottom heat: 220˚C). Peel the red onion and slice into thin rings. Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Clean and finely slice the mushrooms. Heat a little oil in a pan and sear the mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
Arrange ingredients on top of the defrosted pizzas, fold over, gently pressing down, and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 11 - 13 minutes.
