Clean and drain drumsticks, marinate with salt & pepper.
Heat up the oil in frying pan on medium flame.
In a mixing bowl, stir 50g Dr. Oetker Nona Kentucky Flour with 40ml water and marinate chicken for 30 mins or longer.
Coat the chicken evenly with the remaining dry Kentucky Flou. Pat away excess flour. Deep fry chicken until golden brown. Best serve hot with chilli sauce / mayonnaise.
